Nets Start Brooklyn Move Monday

Brett Yormark tweeted Monday morning that the Nets business operations staff will begin their move to Brooklyn later in the day, the first staff, other than a small legal contingent, to leave New Jersey. The Nets are moving to a Bruce Ratner office building, 15 MetroTech, a subway stop from Barclays Center.

The team is listed on the building directory as "Brooklyn Nets".

Basketball operations will remain in East Rutherford at least through next season, then move to a new training facility in the metropolitan area. The specific site has has to be determined. Billy King and Avery Johnson will also have small offices at the arena.
