The Nets don't know yet how many picks they'll have in the 2012 draft. Their own pick is protected 1-through-3, and the Rockets pick, which they control, is lottery protected meaning Houston has to make the playoffs for the Nets to get it. Their other pick, the Heat second rounder, could be the last pick of the night.
What is known is that the Nets will have home court advantage (of sorts) this June. Newark Mayor Cory Booker tweeted Monday that the NBA Draft will once again be held at Prudential Center June 28. While the arena is now the home of the New Jersey Nets, by June, they''ll be the Brooklyn Nets and their home court the Barclays Center.
