Inside the Arena: BCTV pushes Nets, Brooklyn

Alyonka Larionov has a lot of experience in front and behind the camera, on-air and online. She also was a Top 100 performer on American Idol. As the host of BCTV, the in-house television outlet of Barclays Center, the Moscow native regularly produces pieces on the Nets, the arena experience and Brooklyn neighborhoods, most recently the Russian enclave in Brighton Beach. (Good to do the day the boss arrives from Moscow!)

Among the pieces on the BCTV site are a natural sound video of the atmosphere around the Barclays Center for the Nets-Knicks game, a visually stunning report on Sensation at the arena and a look on the Nets community efforts around Thanksgiving. Larionov, 25, is the daughter of Igor Larionov, the Hockey Hall of Famer who won three Stanley Cups. So, she spent a lot of time in North America, honing her English language skills.
