Mirza Teletovic fans hoping their guy gets more minutes with Brooklyn Nets

MirzaTeletovic.com is an English language site for fans of the 27-year-old Nets rookie. Regularly maintained, it includes sections for Mirza news, photos and videos including a highlight reel of his best effort this year, his 18 points vs. the Celtics in a preseason game.

Its anonymous owners are hoping that with Avery Johnson replaced by P.J. Carlesimo, Teletovic will get more time.

Up to this point Teletovic didn’t get the opportunity to show what he can do on the basketball court. Coach Johnson didn’t really give good explanation why Teletovic is not playing more, except the regular stereotypical story that European players need to adapt to NBA game. But how could Teletovic adapt to the NBA game, if he didn’t get the chance to play?

Whoever gets the job, we hope Mirza Teletovic will be given the opportunity to show his abilities. If that happens, we know he will not disappoint.

Teletovic played a little less than seven minutes of garbage time in the fourth quarter, hitting a driving shot in the lane for two points. He missed on two three pointers but added an assist, a rebound and a steal.
