Fenerbahce, the Istanbul team where the two Euro-Nets play, had an opportunity Sunday to ride into first place in the Turkish League after another brutal loss two days before in the Euroleague, and they didn't let it slip away. Playing Banvit, who had a seven game winning streak going into the game, Fener dominated winning by 20.

Bojan Bogdanovic contributed early and wound up with 11 points on 4-for-8 shooting, including two three pointers, in 20 minutes of action. Ilkan Karaman, who the Nets took in the 2012 draft, didn't fare so well, scoring two points in 16 minutes. He missed seven shots from the floor.

Bogdanovic who was Fener's sixth man early in the season is now a member of the starting five.
