Of the 15 players on the New Jersey Nets final roster, two players still can't find work: Armon Johnson, who was cut after training camp by the Magic, and Jordan Williams, bought out by the Hawks over the summer. Two of their teammates recently found jobs in basketball: Sundiata Gaines joined Stephen Graham on Fujian QB in the Chinese Basketball Association and Damion James is now trying for an NBA comeback with the Bakersfield Jam. The Jam is not directly affiliated with an NBA club.
Of the final 15 New Jersey Nets, five are in Brooklyn: Deron Williams, Brook Lopez, Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace and MarShon Brooks. Four others are still in the NBA: Gerald Green with the Pacers and Anthony Morrow, Johan Petro and DeShawn Stevenson with the Hawks. The other seven are out of the league: either overseas, in the D-League or in the case of Armon Johnson and Jordan Williams, out of basketball, at least for now. Shelden Williams and Jordan Farmar are both playing in the Euroleague.
