Ben Couch interviews Mirza Teletovic and Toko Shengelia, the Nets two international rookies about their adjustments to the NBA game. The two 6'9" forwards have been playing professionally in Europe since they were 16 and are now learning as they go, having spent their summer getting Bosnia (Teletovic) and Georgia (Shengelia) into next year's European championships.

Teletovic talks about how he's been learning spacing on offensive and rotating on defense ... and enjoying the city. "There's a lot to see," he said with a smile. Shengelia admits that while he learned a lot playing on the Nets summer league team, the quality of talent he's seeing now is at another level. "Of course, of course," he said.

Meanwhile, the Nets two Euro-Stash, Bojan Bogdanovic and Ilkan Karaman will go up against the Celtics new Big Three Friday at 2 p.m. on NBA TV. Doc Rivers said Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Rajon Rondo will start but playing sparingly in Boston's battle with Fenerbahce in Istanbul. For both Bogdanovic and Karaman, Friday will their fourth game in four days, although Bogdanovic played limited minutes Thursday.

Meanwhile, Brooklyn critics of Barclays Center have tweeted out that Bogdanovic was thrown off the Croatian national team for "partying too late in clubs in Osejik, Croatia." Really? Really?
