The Nets have long embraced social media. Now, they are on eight networks --Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Google+, Socialcam and Youtube - and since the team's re-branding in April, their followers have grown. the Nets have grown their Twitter followers from 93,000 to 163,000 and their Facebook fans from 208,000 to 573,000.

The video-sharing service is where they post videos like highlights from training camp or nutrition tips from the Nets' strength and conditioning coach, Jeremy Bettle. Alyonka Larionov , their in-house host at Barclays Center, regularly posts interviews on SocialCam as well.
