The Nets announced Sunday morning that they have signed Mario West for the remainder of the season. West's 10-day contract expired Sunday, but with so many injuries, the Nets had no choice but to keep him on. After scoring a career-high 13 points in his first game as a Net, West has started the last three.
He won't start on Sunday in Toronto, but will still see plenty of playing time, because Anthony Morrow is done for the season. Morrow will have an MRI on his left knee on Monday.
