Mikhail Prokhorov is not a dedicated follower of fashion.  Yes, he has a $45 million yacht, a $45 million Gulfstream V and just bought a $35 million island in the Indian Ocean. But his choice of clothes is decidedly egalitarian.  He showed up at one game in sweats; another two, we recall, in jeans.  His suits are smart, tailored, muted.

But he does apparently have one weakness...his watch. John Helmer, a Moscow blogger who tracks all things oligarchy, ranks Russia's richest men by their wrist wear (how one researches this is beyond us.)  Helmer ranks Prokhorov #2. His Pierre Kunz Red Gold Tourbillon is valued at $138,000, says Helmer.  The deputy mayor of Moscow beat him, says Helmer, with a DeWitt worth more than $1 million. In Moscow, good government pays apparently.

Our question: For that price, couldn't it have added one-tenth of a second to overtime in the Suns game?
