Chris Sheridan is reporting that the Nets are trying to put together a buyout agreement with Dan Gadzuric so he can sign with a contender, possibly the Knicks. Sources told Sheridan chances for an agreement are no more than 50-50. The Nets leave early Tuesday morning for London and two games with the Raptors. The Nets, reports Sheridan, want the issue resolved before boarding their flight.
If Gadzuric is bought out, it would leave the Nets with 13 guaranteed contracts and Sundiata Gaines, which could mean they have their eye on another player.
