The Nets may bring back Damion James Wednesday, a little more than two months after he broke his foot in his first NBA start.
"We really pushed him hard today,'' Avery Johnson said of James. "He didn’t leave the floor. And if he got a break, I probably wasn’t looking.'' Johnson put James' chances of playing at "20 percent" and noted that he'll play less than ten minutes.
James for his part said he's ready if Johnson calls his number. "I’m good," James said. "My first full practice in two months, it’s great man." Johnson said once James is at full strength, he'll return to the starting lineup in place of Travis Outlaw.
