In a Euroleague contest that featured two other NBA players, a couple of former players and some top draft choices, Jordan Farmar dominated the action, scoring 27 points on 10-for-12 shooting and handing out five assists. It was easily Farmar's best game (and followed his worst one earlier in the week).
Maccabi Tel Aviv won the game, before a sold out home crowd (11,060), downing Real Madrid, 88-82. Madrid features Rudy Fernandez and Serge Ibaka, who combined for 22. Jaycee Carroll, who played for the Nets in the Orlando Summer League three years ago, led Madrid with 18. Maccabi is now 10-1 in the three leagues it plays in.
