Deron Williams scored 22 points Thursday night in an exhibition game vs Greece's Olympiacos, but Besiktas lost again, 87-80. It's the most he's scored since joining the Black Eagles a month ago and was a big turnaround from earlier in the week when he scored only seven and Besiktas lost a chance to compete in the EuroCup.
It was the first game in which Cavaliers center Semih Erden played significant minutes for Besiktas. The seven footer scored 11 points. No further details including a boxscore are available.
