Farmar Plays Well in Euroleague

The next few days will decide when (or if) Jordan Farmar will get on a jet to New York, but until the lockout has ended, he'll be on the court for Maccabi Tel Aviv, playing games in three leagues.  In a tight matchup Friday, Maccabi beat Partizan of Serbia with the Nets back up point going for 11 points, six assists and six rebounds.

It was Farmar's first game in two weeks, since suffering a strained groin and bum ankle.

Thursday's game was a Euroleague contest, giving the team a 1-1 record. Maccabi is undefeated in both the Israeli League and the Adriatic League and plays Partizan again Saturday in an Adriatic League game.
