Mikhail Prokhorov arrived at Teterboro Wednesday for the NBA Board of Governors meetings. His Gulfstream V touched down after a 9 hour, 16 minute flight. Prokhorov is also expected to meet with Nets officials and possibly visit the Barclays Center construction site which he hasn't seen since before the first steel rose.
Prokhorov was last in the US, according to flight records, back in February for another Board of Governors meeting and a talk with Carmelo Anthony, both in Los Angeles. He then flew to British Columbia for some heli-skiing. When Billy King pulled off the Deron Williams trade days later, he cut short his vacation and flew to San Antonio for a meeting with his new point guard. He attended nine Nets games last season.
