The Armor goes to training camp in about a month and opening night is November 25. They still need players, of course, but that should take care of itself with the D-League draft. So, in the interim, the team image builders are pushing their best salesman: their coach, and their best idea: they're playing.
"I think this is a great year to be in the D-League," Bob MacKinnon Jr. told the Springfield Republican. "With the lockout, once things get settled and solved, I think the NBA is going to need players and they’re going to want guys who are in shape and ready to go."
