Morrow Excited To Be Back Home With "My Team"...and Relieved

Friday has been Anthony Morrow's target date for a return from a strained hamstring, but he didn't know until two nights ago whether he'd be playing in a Nets uniform or one with "Denver" written across it.  He was rumored to be part of the trade package the Nets were offering the Nuggets for Carmelo Anthony.

With his hamstring healthy and his psyche restored, Morrow will be available for between 14 and 16 minutes vs. the Pistons.  "It’s great, man. I’m finally back with my team," Morrow said, emphasis on "my" team. He admitted the trade talk was tough but added he was impressed with GM Billy King talking to the team and apologizing for the public nature of the 'Melo Drama".

Morrow, who'll be playing with Sasha Vujacic for the first time, has to help.  Nets remain 29th, or next to last, in NBA scoring (92.6) and 27th in shooting percentage (43.9%).
