Before the Nets departed for Phoenix and a four-game, six-day trip out West, Avery Johnson told reporters that his team would remain as is for the entirety of the trip. But then qualified that by saying "if for some reason Mikhail Prokhorov and Billy calls and tells me something different, then we’ll have to adjust."
Devin Harris did not talk to the media, but released a statement that he's trying to focus on Wednesday's game against the Suns. Troy Murphy remains at home. The Nets return from Oakland on January 17. Prokhorov is hosting an "Evening of Russian Culture" at the Prudential Center two days later when the Nets play the Jazz.
