Bobby Marks, the longest tenured employee in the Nets' basketball operations department, continued his rise up the ranks Monday with a promotion to assistant general manager. An expert in the collective bargaining agreement, Marks will continue to assist new GM Billy King with cap management, player personnel and day-to-day operations. For the last four years, Marks' title has been vice president of basketball ops.
