Nets Dancers Getting "Sensible"

No one can accuse the Nets' dancers of wearing "sensible" shoes...not on the court anyway.  Those calf-hugging high heel jobs may have their purpose but sensible they ain't. So it's seems odd that the first sponsor of the Nets Dancers auditions (in Manhattan, by the way) is "sensible Portions", the snack food company.

As reported by CNBC's Darren Rovell, those that audition for the team this weekend will see Sensible Portions products being nibbled on by the judges and each dancer will leave with a bag of either veggie straws or veggie chips.

"This was a perfect match. Sensible Portions is all about eating healthy and that's crucial to the success of our dancers," said the Nets' Barry Baum.
