Anyone watching Jeff Van Gundy broadcast NBA playoff games can tell he thoroughly enjoys it. So much so that he isn't interested in returning to the coaching sidelines. Van Gundy, who quit his last two NBA gigs, has told the Sixers to forget it. The Philadelphia Daily News reports Monday that if he was interested in returning, the Sixer job would intrigue him, but he isn't interested.
JVG has long been rumored as a top candidate for the Nets' job, but with his brother noting he's happy working 50 days a year for ESPN and living in Houston, plus this, it's increasingly unlikely he'd consider any NBA offer.
