Sitting on the White House basketball court, President Obama took questions from Marv Albert Saturday. The two discussed basketball, politics and other topics. The interview will air Tuesday, during TNT's pre-game show before the Western Conference Finals.
Details of what the two spoke about were sketchy, but TNT noted the topics include his history and love of basketball, the future of LeBron James and the Phoenix Suns stand against the immigration law in Arizona. Whether Albert asked about the Nets' new ownership is not known, but the President did speak last September to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev about Mikhail Prokhorov's decision to buy the team.
Albert called the interview "a great honor and privilege for me personally".
