Yormark: Our Story Line Is Better than the Knicks

He didn't exactly say that, but Brett Yormark came close on Seth Everett's ESPN radio show this week.  "Right now," said Yormark, "I think, our story is better than anyone else's in the marketplace, for sure, and who knows, maybe even in the NBA."

While it's mainly about Mikhail Prokhorov, Yormark said it was bigger than just the new owner, calling it a "total refresh"..."the ownership change, the globalization of the franchise, the interim move to a new state-of-the-art venue in Newark, and then obviously the ultimate move to Brooklyn."

That's the "sizzle".  What 's the steak? "I know 'Michael' Prokhorov and Rod Thorn and the entire team are discussing how do they create the right environment for the right people that want to join this franchise."
