Game 71 - Nets vs. Kings - Wednesday, March 24, 7:30

he Kings best player, rookie Tyreke Evans, is out with a concussion but the Kings have a lot of weapons including two solid forwards in Carl Landry and Omri Casspi, who is likely to attract a lot of Israelis to the IZOD.  It's also Jewish Heritage Night at the IZOD. Landry and Casspi could be key to the game in fact.  As the last few games have shown, the Nets have become a shooting gallery for athletic big men. One thing the Kings don't have  is a good road record.  They (and the Pistons who the Nets face Friday) are 7-28 away from the Arco Arena. John Loyer is likely to be fillling in again for Kiki Vandeweghe while Terrence Williams (ankle) remains questionable for the Nets.  The other question Wednesday night is how many fans will show up with paper bags.

With national media beginning to circle above the Nets and the season long futility mark, Devin Harris noted that with a dozen games left, “This is one we have to have, simple as that. We’re running out of opportunities.” Catch up on the Kings at Sactown Royalty.
