Gov. Chris Christie Wednesday said he will wait til he sees lease documents before he rules on a $7.5 million penalty the Nets would have pay the state. Under terms of their lease with the NJSEA, the Nets have to pay the penalty if they move from the IZOD to anywhere but Brooklyn in the next two years. The Nets want to relocate to the Prudential Center temporarily and have reportedly made a deal with the Devils.
