Kris Humphries is having a career year. After six years as a journeyman, starting eight games for four teams, he has become a rebounding machine. He remains humble, telling DIME's Austin Burton that he takes pride in being a practicioner of the "little things". Was he gunning for a starting spot in preseason? "I think you have to prepare yourself for that. Did I see the opportunity being there like this? Not necessarily. But I’ve worked hard and continue to work hard and that’s helped me.
Humphries also reports he watches a lot of "film", helped by a new piece of sports technology the team has proivded each player. "We got these iPads for film, scouting stuff and game prep. Our staff does a great job of getting us what we want to see."
