Against another opponent, the Celtics might have needed Kevin Garnett and Rasheed Wallace. Not against the Nets. Wednesday's game at the Izod Center was over quick, as Boston scored 38 points in the first quarter and led 71-35 at the half. After a tongue-lashing for Devin Harris at the half, the Nets played better, but it was all a formality and the final score wound up 111-87. Boston shot 53 percent from the field for the night, with seven guys in double figures. The Nets shot 38 percent and were led by Brook Lopez, who finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Yi Jianlian and Devin Harris added 18 and 15 points respectively. Yi disappointed again on the boards, grabbing only three rebounds. Kris Humphries had eight rebounds and nine points in 17 minutes, but shot only 1-8. He went to the line 10 times, making seven.
