Conservative writer and TV commentator George Will has penned a column attacking the state's decision to seize private property for Bruce Ratner's Atlantic Yards and the Court of Appeals ruling affirming it. Citing the Brooklyn neighborhood's vibrancy, Will says Ratner and new partner Mikhail Prokhorov are taking advantage of residents' hard work in rebuilding Brooklyn. He calls on the court to reconsider the case.
