Terrence Williams has been playing with a bit more control lately, even if he's playing fewer minutes...and he's still averaging 8.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per. That's not getting him any respect from the rookie rankers. He's not listed on the NBA.com top 15 and ESPN has him down at #31, essentially equating him with a second round pick. David Thorpe calls him one of the NBA's rookie "fizzles".
