Bruce Ratner says Mikhail Prokhorov's agreement to purchase the Nets is the final piece he needs to get Barclays Center built. ESPN's Chris Sheridan says no so fast, the Nets still have a number of hurdles yet to cross and puts the chances of Prokhorov succeeding at no better than 60-40. Why? "It takes forever to get stuff built in New York." If he does succeed, however, expect big changes in the Nets.
