Eduardo Najera didn't have good news for Mexican basketball fans Friday when he spoke about his possible return to FIBA basketball. He said he still needs approval from his surgeon and Rod Thorn as well as an insurance policy before he can play in the FIBA Americas Cup. Play begins August 16. Najera estimated the insurance, which Mexico presumably would pay, could amount to tens of thousands of dollars.
