Fifty-three of ESPN's "best basketball minds" were asked to vote anonymously for the "best newcomer" next season: a player who changed teams or a rookie. Richard Jefferson and Vince Carter finished #1 and #3 with 14 and 6 votes and Blake Griffin got two. TWill came away with one vote as well but didn't get any votes for Rookie of the Year.
