In Off-Season Trade History, Kidd-for-Marbury Still Stands Out

New, comments

The Nets aren't doing a lot right now but their five-player Draft Day deal was one of the summer's biggest deals, both in terms of numbers of players and amount of salary moved. The last time the Nets did as much was back in 2001, only then it wasn't a modified salary dump, but a trade FOR an all-Star. NBA.com ranks Jason Kidd for Stephon Marbury as one of the ten best off-season moves in the last 20 years.
