Could Nets' Trade Exception Be Part of Boozer Deal?

Marc Stein reports that the Jazz may involve a third team in its efforts to dump Carlos Boozer and the Nets trade exception could help them. With so few teams having enough cap room to move Boozer and his $12.7 million contract, Stein says another possibility is working with a team with a "good-sized trade exception". In return, the Nets would presumably get a player who's paid less than $3.75 million, the TE's value.
