After a six-month hiatus, construction work will resume later this month at the Atlantic Yards. Much of it involves moving rail storage yards over which Barclays Center will be built. In a public notification, the Empire State Development Corp. said the site will see a "remobilization of contractors" in the next two weeks. Construction was halted to save money while critics' lawsuits were being deliberated.
