NBA.com's TV crew didn't think much of the Vince Carter trade. Rick Kamla predicted the Nets will win "about 20 games" next year and David Aldridge agreed: "New Jersey right now is one of worst teams and in the league and will be one of the worst teams in the league next season". Sure, they'll have all that cap space, but Aldridge thinks they're unlikely to be anything more than a "secondary target" for free agents.
