NBA Players Association knows a lot of its members would like to continue their post-playing careers coaching. So it's set up a coaching program, putting NBA players in mentoring roles with some of the best high school players in America. Most of the 13 players who are working in the progam are on the verge of retirement, but among them as well is 28-year-old Jarvis Hayes, who likes working with young people.
