Sporting News' Sean Deveney wants to get a head start on his colleagues. Three days before the Draft, Deveney has penned the first power rankings for the 2009-10 season, and, like last year, he doesn't see much hope for the Nets. He ranks them 26th, saying, "The Nets still seem to be deciding on a direction, and Lawrence Frank could wind up paying the price." He does give himself an out: "things change." Really?
