The NBA announced on Tuesday that the Pacers' Danny Granger has won the 2008-09 Most Improved Player Award. Granger, finishing with a total of 364 points, edged out Devin Harris, who finished with 339. Harris received 43 first place votes to Granger's 48, with 14 other players receiving at least one. The Nets have never won the MIP.
