The Orlando Magic will receive a $100 million loan to help it build a new arena, the first major NBA arena financing package since credit markets froze in 2008. The interest rate will be higher, however. One hopeful sign for the Nets: the financing was arranged by Goldman Sachs, the investment bank also seeking financing for the Barclays Center. The Nets have long said they're confident about obaining financing.
