The Nets matched last season's win total with No. 34 on Monday night at the IZOD Center, coming back in the final minutes to beat the Bobcats. The game was close for three quarters, but Charlotte built a 12-point lead early in the fourth. A 10-0 Nets run got them back in it and they eventually tied the game on a Jarvis Hayes three with four minutes to go. Hayes then hit two more threes to put the Nets up four with just over a minute on the clock, and they held on for the win. Hayes was one of five Nets in double figures. Brook Lopez led the way with 18 points and a career-high 20 rebounds.
