Once the Nets clear their final legal hurdle, anticipated in the next few weeks, Brett Yormark says the team will go into "accelerated mode to break ground and get ready to open" in Brooklyn by 2011. The Nets CEO tells Bloomberg Television that the team is about to announce its ninth "founding partner" for Barclays Center and has pre-sold 20% of the arena's suites. As for Newark, Yormark says, "we will not be there."
