Nets Building Brand Loyalty In Downturn

Brett Yormark concedes he is focused on building brand loyalty this season. The team's poor perfomance last season, the trading of popular stars like Jason Kidd and Richard Jefferson and, more than anything else, the recession has hurt season ticket sales. So the Nets, like a lot of other companies, are hoping that helping consumers in troubled times will build loyalty and bring them back when the economy improves.
