Critics get their big day in court Feb. 23. They'll try to convince the New York State Appellate Court that eminent domain isn't justified in the taking of land for the Barclays Center. Nine critics sued the state's Economic Development Corp., which would acquire land for the arena. Brett Yormark said Monday that the Nets "feel good" about the outcome and expect to break ground in late spring or early summer.
