New York's second highest court has ruled that the state's Development Corporation complied with environmental laws in approving Atlantic Yards, home of the Nets' new arena. The court unanimously dismissed a critics' appeal of an earlier decision, calling the environmental review "an impressively detailed analysis". Critics may appeal, but the unanimous ruling makes it difficult. The project faces one more legal hurdle.
