Bruce Ratner dodged another bullet Friday when the mortgage holder on his Brooklyn property agreed not to call a $177 million loan and instead extend it for another two years. The Atlantic Yards project would have been jeopardized if Gramercy Capital had called the loan. Ratner's next hurdle is an appellate court hearing Feb. 23. Ratner maintains ground breaking on the arena will take place this year.
