Brett Yormark has met with Gov.-elect Chris Christie's transition team to discuss what's preventing the Nets from moving to Newark while Barclays Center gets built. "Hopefully, they’ll come to an understanding," Yormark said. "The state knows our interest in moving to Newark." The issues? A $7.5 million penalty the Nets would pay the NJSEA to leave IZOD and a $3 ticket surcharge.
