The Nets opened a seven game road stand Saturday vs. the Lakers and will have some extra days of rest and practice during their two weeks in Jersey. The next game is Wednesday and that should allow Kiki Vandeweghe a chance to recoup a bit, review some basic "every man for themself" defensive precepts. The defense has allowed 112 points per game on 55 percent shooting over the last five.
