With key litigation and bonding out of the way, the ESDC has set "master closing" on Atlantic Yards for Wednesday, clearing the way for condemnation of property needed to build Barclays Center. The team is expected to have a formal ground breaking not long afterwards. The overall project, which is to include office and retail space as well as 6,000 apartments, is expected to take a decade or more to complete.
